This presentation will describe the Kubernetes based ONAP OOM docker deployment of the Amsterdam release in support of orchestration and management of the ONAP system.

Using a Microsoft Azure public subscription - we will run a live deployment demo of the ONAP microservices ecosystem on a clean Azure cluster using the ARM (Azure Resource Manager) template language to describe the deployment from VM to ONAP healtcheck.

The CD system can be cloud agnostic (Azure, AWS, GCE - anything that can run a Kubernetes cluster) - as we use Rancher as the bootstrapped Kubernetes undercloud and a helm based script to deploy ONAP - a fully automated oneclick deploy.

This CD system as presented is running on Microsoft Azure.

In parallel we will be monitoring a triggered Jenkins CD job that deploys/health-validates ONAP before running a partial vFirewall VNF use case as part of a developer git merge.
Results of the deployment are quickly reviewed on the logging ELK stack and the Kibana deployment history dashboard.

General DevOps architecture including containerization, hybrid deployments, resiliency and developer level questions will be answered.
